In many cultures, a handmade quilt is often given to mark important life events such as marriage, birth of a child, and in our case, the promotion of our 6th graders. With love and care, the 6th graders have hand stitched these quilts from pieces of fabric that held special meaning to them.

Also included is a book that documents the creation of the quilt, and the meaning behind the pieces of donated fabric.
