This book was purchased at Kurt Vonnegut's talk at the now defunct Cody's Books on Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley, California.  It was purchased in the fall of 1997, and, more importantly, is signed by the author.  It is an unread first edition and even includes a bookmark from Cody's Books.
