You don't have to be a dolphin to swim like one.
Get in the water with our Atlantic bottlenose dolphins where you will spend quality time swimming with these marine mammals in a rare hands-on learning session.
The Dolphin Discovery program at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom in Vallejo begins with a fun classroom session followed by an up-close interaction directly with the dolphins. The whole program lasts approximately two hours. During this time you'll learn all about our marine mammals. Our trainers will tell you how we care for and train these wonderful creatures, and we'll answer all of your questions.

Reservations required and are on a first-come basis. Make your reservation early!
For safety purposes all participants must be at least 52” (4 feet 4 inches). The ability to swim is essential to completing the program. If the guest cannot swim, they may not participate in the full program, including the dolphin dorsal fin tow. Swimming ability is determined at the discretion of the trainer. Participants 11 years of age and under must be accompanied by a paid adult participant or observer. (An observer takes the program with the participant, but does not get into the water. $20 observer fee).
