The Dailey Method Danville is located in historic downtown Danville,
off of Hartz Avenue above Mangia Mi restaurant and is owned by Master Instructor and Danville Mom, Julie Ligon. Julie comes to The Dailey Method with over 25 years of dance, ballet, pilates and yoga
experience.
What is The Dailey Method?
The Dailey Method is a unique combination of ballet barre work, core conditioning, stretching and orthopedic exercise. This challenging one-hour class effectively strengthens, tones and lengthens the entire body. Light weights are utilized to define the upper body, while mat and ballet barre work target thighs, seat and abdominals. After each muscle group is worked, through high-repetition using a small range of motion, it is alternately stretched to pull the muscle long and close to the bone. The results are a physique that is long, lean, healthy and completely transformed.

This package is valid only for the Danville location.
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in. Preferably not too loose or baggy so instructors are able to see your alignment and form. Socks are required and do we sell our trademark Dailey Method grip socks at the studio.
