The winner will receive a framed reduction woodcut "North Dakota" by Gordon Mortensen.
Reduction woodcuts are produced using a single wooden block over and over, once for each color. When the print is completed, it is not possible to produce "a later edition." This print is titled "North Dakota" and is numbered 50/125 and dated 1977. Measures 25.5" x 19" (image), 34" x 27" (frame).
