Canandaigua Yacht Club, located on beautiful Canandaigua Lake, is
offering a two-week adult learn-to-sail class. This class is taught
in the evenings (Monday - Thursday) and uses Sunfish sailboats. You
will learn how to competently and confidently sail a small boat
including steering, sail trim, leaving and returning to the dock,
reading the wind, righting a capsized boat, and tying nautical knots.
At the successful conclusion of the course, you will receive the US
SAILING Small Boat Sailing certification. The instructor is US
SAILING Level 1 certified.

Sessions begin June 17 and run through August.
