Born and raised in Albuquerque, Tim Oswald is a local artist inspired by a variety of New Mexican influences. This work was inspiried by Georgia O'Keefe. Tim's father was an accomplished Albuquerque artist, and Tim’s first instructor.  Later Tim had the privilege to study under the guidance of other local artists, such as Siegfried Hahn, Howard Wexler, and Lou Maestas.  His appreciation and love for the landscape and culture of New Mexico can be observed by his versatility and multitude of media, primarily in oils and acrylics on canvas. Tim is also a host on KUNM's Psychedelic Radio Head Shoppe.
