If you are interested in better running technique, or running pain free, Coach Ken is the only Level III POSE Coach in Boston. Ken is also a contributing author on POSE Method publications and a Road Runners Club of America Certified Coach. Special Instructions
The session, suitable to adults and adolescents interested in running, is a minimum of 1 hour, but it may go over. The session is to be scheduled directly with Ken Schafer for a mutually agreeable evening or weekend time.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A FUNDRAISING EVENT AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Checks to be made out to FRANKLIN PTO. We will be at Franklin Elementary on Wednesdays (March 13, 20 and 27) at dismissal time to distribute winner’s items and collect payment. Individual arrangements will be made for winners outside of Franklin Elementary and/or who need to charge on their credit card. Winner pays for any shipping required, at USPS First Class rates.
