What Is BTone?

At Btone we effectively combine Strength, Endurance, Cardio, Balance, and Flexibility in not only 1 class but in EACH AND EVERY MOVE through the use of our state of the art machine called the Megaformer. It combines the strengthening and toning benefits of weight training and the lengthening and postural enhancing benefits of Pilates in a circuit training sequence. It keeps the heart rate up and burns extra calories making it a great cardio workout as well. The routines incorporate old school exercises such as pushups and lunges with brand new moves reserved for the Megaformer. The support of the machine allows you to get an intense workout with low impact on your joints. It provides maximum results in minimal time and will be sure to leave you hopelessly addicted with its always changing routines and fun music and atmosphere.

Checks to be made out to FRANKLIN PTO. We will be at Franklin Elementary on Wednesdays (March 13, 20 and 27) at dismissal time to distribute winner’s items and collect payment. Individual arrangements will be made for winners who can't pick up at these times and/or who need to charge on their credit card. Winner pays for any shipping required, at USPS First Class rates.
