Description
If you haven't yet been to the Harvard Museum of Natural History - you are missing a gem.
This is one of the most unique museums in the area. It features the remarkable and famous collection of "Glass Flowers", thousands of flowers beautifully and accurately crafted in glass by Leopold and Rudolph Blaschka over five decades from 1886 to 1936.
It also features the Great Mammal Hall - the oldest and most dramatic gallery in the museum. Your children can see beautifully preserved large animals (even a full sized giraffe!) up close in this two story exhibit.
Check out their website and come back to bid!
