This tour expires 6 months from date of purchase or award.  Your pilot, Mike Terhune, has more than 7,000 hours of flying time and holds an FAA Commercial Pilot's license. Flight departs and arrives from the Charles M. Schulz Sonoma County Airport, California.  Combined passenger weight limit is 800 lbs.

Winning bidder will be provided with a certificate that includes all contact information. 

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.

For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
