You are bidding on: Two Restorative Yoga Classes offered the 2nd & 4th Wednesdays 6-7:30pm. No previous yoga experience needed. Participants should be able to get down & up from the floor.
Enjoy complete rest in this nourishing practice, which invokes a natural state of balance. Using well-placed props, we safely support the body in a series of gentle, passive postures. When the body is fully supported, it can effortlessly let go. This practice counteracts the effects of stress & supports a healthy immune & nervous system.

Dr. Pamela Gould is a California licensed naturopathic doctor. She has an in-depth understanding of integrative medicine and combines and tailors a wide variety of natural treatment therapies to the specific needs of each patient to prevent or overcome disease and assure optimal health.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
