Description
The Fourth Annual Buckeye Gathering will be April 28th – May 4th 2013, at YaKaAma Indian Education and Development, near Forestville, CA.
What to Expect
Students arrive starting Saturday afternoon – early is wise! We will meet you at the gate for check in, supply basic information, a wristband and help you get camped. Sunday afternoon we gather for opening ceremonies and orientation. Instructors announce their basic schedules for the week. On Monday morning begins 5 days of classes. The flow of the days look like this; breakfast and class announcements, morning classes, lunch break, afternoon classes, and dinner. There will be a central fire in the arbor and a few satellite campfires set up in the evenings, when you can look forward to music, discussion groups, presentations, and dancing. On Saturday we will close camp and part ways.
Special Instructions
Contact information will be given on the gift certificate to proceed with registration.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
