House cleaning is done in teams of two or three and every effort is made to have the same team work on your house every time we clean. When we quote for the job we work with you to determine which of our unique cleaning plans is right for your home. The team leader is responsible for signing off on the checklist that we create based on your cleaning needs. You have the chance to rate your cleaners after every cleaning and any mistakes or oversights will be corrected. Standard cleanings are normally scheduled weekly or bi-weekly, but feel free to inquire if you have other needs.
Special Instructions
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
