This is a 55 minute private session, integrating the system of the Pilates method of body conditioning.
About Watta:
Instructor Watta Ribas teaches a classical form of the Pilates technique, staying true to Joseph Pilates' original method. Watta was rigorously trained to deal with a variety of health conditions and individual needs by Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' protege. With a background in modern dance and years of teaching experience, Watta can provide an individualized workout plan for anyone interested in becoming stronger, preventing injuries, and feeling better in their body, from the professional athlete to the senior citizen.
Session will take place at The Pilates Box, A Classical Pilates Studio, 483 Florence Avenue, Sebastopol

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
