Description
A Neurotransmitter test profile is done through Neurosciences Laboratory. The test assesses the levels of various neurotransmitters, which when out of balance may contribute to symptoms of low mood, anxiousness, fatigue, sleep difficulties, adrenal depletion, mental performance concerns(memory, concentration, attention) or changes in appetite.
The offer includes a consultation and review of test results with Dr. Pamela. (appropriate for adults or children)

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick up days are Friday, March 29, 2013 and Saturday, March 30, 2013 in Sebastopol, California. All information and details about pick up dates, times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
