This was a former floor model that has been gently used. The shop owner had it set up so customers could see, feel and touch the house and parts and pieces. This was then gently used after that. There is one split in the wood, one root vegetable is missing, and one chair is missing a leg.

This item is pick up only. This item is gently used. (The first image is a stock image from Plan Toys. The other images show the actual item but the lighting wasn't the best.) If you really want us to ship this, keep in mind it will require taking apart and placing in a large box.
Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, item will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days. Due to the shape and/or size of this item, it cannot be shipped.
