One handpainted, custom watercolor of the home of building exterior of your choice. The painting shall be no smaller than 16" x 20", and will be modeled after a photo of the selected building that you will provide to the artist.
Painting shall be completed in the style shown in the example picture.

Restrictions: Upon receipt of aforementioned photo, artist shall be allowed up to three weeks for the completion of the painting, though every effort will be made to have the painting completed as quickly as possible.
