Description
Certificate entitles bearer to one in-home canning lesson of fruit jam, pickles or pickled peppers. Lesson includes overview of small-batch canning basics with hands-on canning demonstration using equipment provided in Auction canning package (see below).

Special Instructions
Food and other supplies such as vinegar, spices, pectins will be provided by instructor. Bearer gets to keep all canned product from the session.
NOTE: Recipe demonstrated may be restricted by seasonality of produce or availability of ingredients. Demo limited to within Chester, Deleware, Montgomery and Bucks Counties.
Expires March 16, 2014 Bulky/heavy item. Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Items will be shipped via UPS and billed at standard industry rates.
