• GoSolar SF rebate is available until city funds run out, and you must be a resident of City of SF to apply


• Additional cost if home’s electrical is not up to city code or roof needs to be in good standing.


• If you own a Condo/TIC please confirm with HOA prior to bidding


• Must comply with GoSolar SF and California Solar Initiative paperwork requirements. 


• Winner of auction must complete and sign GoSolar SF and California Solar Initiative and provide required paperwork.


• Winner of Auction must make home available during normal business hours (9-5) for installation and inspection.


• Winner of Auction must have electrical system that is compliant with City of San Francisco.  Skytech Solar is not responsible for any additional costs to upgrade electrical systems.


• For this auction additional panels are available at pro-rated pricing.  For Example: Auction item is 1.5KW system. A 3kw system is available for $12,000
