Mettle Fitness: Ten (10) Sessions of 1-on-1 - TEEN PERFORMANCE TRAINING Mettle Fitness offers a dedicated METTLE PERFORMANCE program for elite teen athletes looking to go to the next level of competition (college or professional). Your teen athlete will receive 1-on-1 customized sessions, led by former University of Wisconsin and NFL Cincinnati Bengals running back, Jason Burns. You and your child will sit down with Jason in a consulting sessions to determine specific performance goals and benchmarks, and then work to develop a multi-session plan of action; Agility, flexibility, strength are all key areas that will be addressed. This certificate grants you access to a limited number of one-on-one, 45 minute personal training sessions for high school or college teens who are seriously considering competing at the next level of play. Training techniques and goal setting are not limited to any one sport. Performance guidance for everything from football to mens and womens soccer, basketball, track and baseball/softball are available. Value: $850
