Award winning Hyde Park writer Blue Balliert pens mysteries for kids that combine real settings with an unlikely array of real-world ingredients. She wrote her first book Chasing Vermeer while teaching at University of Chicago Laboratory Schools, and her next book, The Wright 3, was inspired by daily walks past The Robie House. These two books, as well as The Calder Game and The Danger Box, have been signed by the author.
