Chef Christopher Tong will prepare a three-course dinner service in your home where you can choose among a variety of gourmet set menus that complement your tastes. For example: Sea Scallops Crudoserved with a Cherry Tomato Salad and Lemon-Lime Cilantro Vinaigretteto start. Then a Seared Alaskan Halibut served over Stir-Fry Vegetables, Basmati Rice and a Beurre Rouge served as the entree. Finishing off with a dessert of Panna Cotta with Balsamic Strawberries.
