The Vauvry comes from a single hectare of vines planted over fifty years ago in clay-rich soils. It gives a fabulously rich, powerful and flavoursome wine, with an alluring, full aroma.

The Monument Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon conveys aromas and flavors of black cherry, damson plum, blueberry, cardamom, dried herbs and orange peel.
