Black Tiger Performance and Crossfit Perfomance Summer Camp
Calling all soccer, basketball or field hockey players....Black Tiger Performance will offer sport-training sessions in an effort to enhance and prepare its athletes for future competition. The main focus is individualized, skill based instruction and its application to the overall tactics and demands of the sport. Each athlete will receive individualized instruction within a group format. This teaching paradigm will ensure the development of the entire athlete through skill work and subsequently an increase in self-esteem as it relates to the ability to excel at their sport with confidence and knowledge. Black Tiger Performance Coaches are of the highest level of their sport.
