Description
Climbing is a great total body workout that improves mental focus, flexibility, balance, and strength.
Vertex was voted one of Sonoma County's best places for kids and adults to have fun and get fit. Come challenge your mind and body on our 35-foot-high sculpted walls.
ClimbTime is a coached climbing session, rather than a formal class. Vertex staff handle the equipment so you or your kids can focus on climbing. Suitable for all levels, ages 5 to adult. Two (2) certificates entitle it's bearer to two hours of rock climbing in the Climb Time program from 12 o'clock unil 2 o'clock on Saturday or Sunday.

Please note that all youth participants must have a waiver form signed by a parent.
