Jon Phillips, owner and winemaker of Inspiration Vineyards will guide you through six of his wines paired with locally produced cheeses from Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino Counties during a two hour tour, covering six wines and at least four locally produced artisanal cheese.  Jon will demonstrate that your perception of wine will change as a result of the context in which it is served.  In this case, cheese is used to bring out the best characteristics of each wine.  Cheese, like wine, has different flavor profiles depending on what milk of process was used to produce the cheese.
