 Belaying is the act of managing the ropes as a climber ascends, keeping them secure and safe. Taking a class to learn this process is a great option if your child enjoys climbing and wants to explore more of the roped climbing areas in the gym. Learning to belay is also a good option if you think you will be coming more than once and/or would like to spend quality time with your kids.  The first time in we have a Kid's Intro Pack. This includes climbing pass, rental gear and a belay class for the adult in charge. The belay class takes 30 minutes (kids will be involved) and is offered during our regular hours until 8PM on weekdays and 6PM on weekends.
