Inspiration: “I wanted a vibrant color and a simple
image on a chair designed for relaxing and (hopefully)
daydreaming. The butterfly is a favorite…symbol of a
free spirit; fun, simple, yet incomplete, leaving room
to wonder. When a wondering mind is free to fly,
daydreaming sometimes leads to epiphany. While the
chair can’t guarantee that, it can’t hurt to sit and give
it a try! “

About the artist: Wendy Garrett is a “hobby artist” and color is
her passion. She seems to gravitate to bold images
but says art has no limits and she is still exploring.
She also feels that “artists can play without end and
it’s a great hobby. I like to play, with color.”
