We began our Children's Literacy Program three years ago.  During the school year we are open on Saturdays.  During the summer we are open five days a week.  While we focus on developing a love of reading we supplement our program with lessons in science, history and math.  This past summer the children made a volcano, built bird boxes, learned about the American Revolution, created a newspaper and worked on basic math skills.
