JEI Learning Centers help students advance using JEI's self-learning methods, developed by founder Sung Hoon Park. According to the company website, the core of JEI's method lies in three educational theories: the Talent Education Theory (all Children are born with unlimited potential and talent is not inherent); the Programmed Instruction Theory (children can achieve success in learning when provided with specified aims, sufficient practices and appropriate reinforcement); and the Mastery Learning Theory (the degree of learning can be calculated by using time actually spent in learning and time needed in learning).
