Executive Chef, Michel Desjardins: With more than 20 years of culinary experience, Chef Michel has learned, developed and executed a variety of cuisines and worked in renowned kitchens … loving every minute of it. After culinary school, Michel apprenticed at the four-star restaurant Daniel in NYC. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and, prior to coming to George & Martha’s, he spent time in the kitchen of Villa Enterprises’ The Black Horse Tavern.
