Gekkeikan Sake: Two 1.8L Bottles of "HORIN" Junmai Daiginjo

Gekkeikan Horin is the Flagship of Gekkeikan Sake, Ultra Premium Junmai Daiginjo Sake. Horin has a delicately fruity nose, its subtle flavors are well-balanced, and it is exceptionally smooth with a long clean finish.

A combination of fresh spring water, Yamada Nishiki rice (known as the ‘king of sake rice’), Gohyakumangoku rice milled to 50%, and the skill of the sake master, result in this classic example of a Fushimi style Junmai Daiginjo. Using select rice polished to 50% of its original size, this ultrapremium "junmai daiginjo" sake is slowly fermented at low temperatures to give it a refreshing fruit like aroma and mild flavor. Enjoy chilled or room temperature.
