Description
Chef Cindy Hutson's Interactive Cooking Class with wine pairing at Ortanique on the Mile for 12 people.
Learn the secrets behind Chef Cindy Hutson's Cuisine of the Sun. Chef Cindy instructs, while each individual table has a chef from the kitchen helping along in the prep and plating. Each person at the table takes turns on cooking a part of each course.
Three courses for twelve people will be complemented with wine and guests will be taught the art of pairing wine and food, (menu varies).
Classes begin at 11:30 am and last until 2:30 pm.
Special Instructions
- Class must be booked within one year to date; Nov. 2013
- Date must be approved and agreed upon by Cindy
- Gratuity not included
- All cutting is done in the kitchen prior to the class, for insurance reasons
- Must be booked prior to date with Ashley Hutson on a Saturday or Sunday 11:30-2:30 pm
- Expires February 2014
