Been wanting to try Crossfit? Here is your chance. Come learn the basics and get a taste for the best/hardest workout of your life.
The “Elements” class is required in order to participate in any regularly scheduled CrossFit West class. The purpose of the Elements class is to work with a trainer to learn proper form and technique. In this series of classes, you will be introduced to the basic movements and methodology of CrossFit that are needed to participate in our group classes. This mandatory training reduces the risk of injury and allows every client to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional trainer. The Elements package consists of four training sessions.
The group Elements classes have a maximum of 5 people and are 2 weeks long (twice per week – 4 sessions total). New groups form almost every week and classes are started based on your schedule and availability. Generally we offer classes at these times, however we can also put together different class times and days if needed:
-Monday/Wednesday 5pm
-Monday/Wednesday 6:30pm
-Tuesday/Thursday 11:30am
