Itsera Martial Arts and Family Fitness is a locally owned Family Fitness Center and Martial Arts School, serving Niwot, Gunbarrel, and the Front Range.

Itsera offers Kickboxing, Boot Camps, Muay Thai, and "Ring Ready Fitness" Martial Arts for men, women and children.  Kru Meier has developed a new and unique Martial Arts program to maximize your physical fitness, self-discipline and self-defense. Our Itsera Members also have full access to Freedom Gym, Niwot's own fully-equipped self-service gym and fitness facility.  Freedom gym has treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, recumbent bike, rubber free weights and more to take help you take your workouts, incorporated with our Kickboxing and Muay Thai, to a new level.   Our progams range in age from 4 on up and everyone with a positive mindset who really wants to make a difference in their life can do our program.
