1.5 Hour massage with healing arts specialist Abi Bassler Averitt of Integrated Somatics.
Integrated Massage:
A one and a half hour Integrated Massage session with Abi combines the known benefits of traditional massage with highly effective forms of movement education and bodywork to meet the specific needs of each client. Each session includes the option to receive Somatic based exercises to practice as a way to continue to develop greater awareness of patterns that create discomfort and to help learn new ways of moving that foster a sense of ease and grace.
Special Instructions
Abi Bassler Averitt, SME, CST, CMT, IDME, is a bodyworker and Somatic Movement Educator. She is certified in a number of healing arts including Cranial Sacral Therapy, Body Mind Centering®, Feldenkrais®, Infant Developmental Movement Education and Massage. She has been a student of movement arts and bodywork for over 15 years loves to work with a broad range of clients from infants to tri-athletes, elders and expecting parents.
