Both are made with a combination of hard maple and purpleheart.

They are finished with an FDA approved salad bowl finish to insure water resistance and beauty.

Easily cleaned with a wet dish towel or sponge. As with all wood products these cutting boards should never be placed in the dishwasher. 

The  large one measures 10" by 16"
