What is a Paddle Raise? At our Live Auction event, our auctioneer will asks for guests to raise their paddles to make a monetary donation towards iPads for every classroom at Glenwood. We will ask for a paddle raise for these denominations $100, $50, $25. If you, or people you know, could not attend the Shipwreck Soiree but would like to participate in this important paddle raise, you can BUY NOW!
Special Instructions
Here’s what we are raising for:
• Our goal is 28 iPads – 4 iPads per grade, plus 4 more for specials classrooms
• Each iPad costs about $500. That means we need to raise roughly $14,000
• The paddle-raise money will go toward iPads with cases, a cart, and apps
• Teachers will monitor how the iPads are used
