Elissa Kerhulas is a certified Pilates instructor through Pilates Sports Center, a PMA-recognized school. She is also certified as a personal fitness trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine , a TRX instructor and as a yoga teacher through Golden Bridge, an outstanding international school. Delving deeper into healing the body, mind and spirit, she is a certified Harmonyum Practitioner. Also a student of ballet, jazz and modern dance for over 20 years, she draws from her diverse education to help her clients achieve optimum fitness, well-being and recovery from injuries.
