You have seen her on Iron Chef America and on Good Morning America!  Most recently she was spotted conducting a celebrity cooking demonstration at the annual White House Easter Egg Hunt.  Award winning chef Katie Chin will come to your home and provide a cooking demonstration and elegant full-course meal for eight people, including enticing appetizers, main courses including tantalizing seafood dishes as well as dessert. She will provide everything you need for this adventurous dinner - - you just need to provide your kitchen and your guests!

(maximum of 8 diners).  (The dinner must take place in the Los Angeles area.)

Katie is co-author of “Everyday Chinese Cooking” and the just released “300 Best Rice Cooker Recipes.”  She was co-host of the 2003 national PBS cooking series, “Double Happiness,” in conjunction with her mother, Leeann.  Katie has made numerous appearances on national television including The Today Show, Iron Chef America and specials for The Food Network, Cooking Channel and Fine Living.  She has been featured in Glamour, Family Circle, Cooking Light, Bon Appetit, Self Magazine, Angeleno Magazine, Hampton Magazine, Elle Magazine, Daily Candy, Daily Variety, Real Simple and The Los Angeles Times.

Based in Los Angeles, Katie divides her time as the Culinary Ambassador to City of Hope, blogger and cookbook author.  In her spare time, she throws karaoke dinner parties.  Katie shares a passion for Asian cuisine, style and culture and is committed to teaching the American public that the very best Asian cooking can be achieved in a real home kitchen, by real people, on real schedules.
