The house can comfortably sleep more than eight people as follows:

- Bedroom #2 with queen-size bed, private bath
- Bedroom #3 with two twin beds
- Bedroom #4 with two twin beds
- Living room and sunroom each have sofabeds

Guests will have use of the many amenities available to renters from the Kiawah Island Resort, including use of the Night Heron pool, discounted golf at the Resort Courses (including the world famous Ocean Course), access to the Roy Barth Tennis Center, as well as many other discounted programs such as Kamp Kiawah for kids and the many nature excursions for the whole family.

Soothing by day, utterly romantic by night, the Kiawah Island beach is complemented by the island's river, meandering lagoons and pristine marshlands, and closes each sun washed day safe beneath its own star studded southern sky.
