Le Cordon Bleu Paris
Enjoy your choice of one of the following Le Cordon Bleu culinary experiences for two, subject to availability. Founded in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has acquired an international reputation built on excellence in culinary and hospitality education. In addition to culinary and management programs, Le Cordon Bleu has expanded its activities to include a range of short courses for those with a
passion for the culinary arts. Participants must be age 18 or over.
Le Cordon Bleu Paris Market Tour
This is a two-hour walking tour of a Parisian market followed by a two-and-a-half-hour demo. Discover the secrets of selecting quality produce and making the most of fresh seasonal ingredients as a Le Cordon Bleu Chef guides you around one of Paris' 80 markets. A light buffet lunch at the school including produce from the market will be followed by the demonstration. Courses are translated in English and take place on selected Fridays from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.

Le Cordon Bleu Discovery Workshops in Cuisine & Pastry
This is a six-hour themed workshop. Workshops take place in the practical classrooms, and give you as much exposure as possible to the working environment of a kitchen. This hands-on experience allows the more knowledgeable gourmet enthusiast the opportunity to innovate. All necessary ingredients and equipment are provided and you are free to take home your day's work. Courses are translated in English and take place on selected Saturdays from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.

In Honor of Julia Child
This six-hour demonstration and workshop features techniques that Julia Child used during her time at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and in Mastering the Art of French Cooking. Julia Child became an American celebrity chef after graduating from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 1951 and was one of the first women to introduce the French culinary techniques taught at Le Cordon Bleu to the American public. Demonstrations and workshops are translated into English. Courses are translated in English and take place on selected Saturdays from 8:30 am-3:30 pm.

American Airlines
This package includes round-trip coach class service for two from any American Airlines destination in the 48 contiguous United States or Canada to Paris, France, subject to availability. A Saturday night stay is required. Flights will not accrue AAdvantage miles. Miles cannot be utilized to upgrade these coach class certificates to a higher level of service. The following blackout dates apply:
2013: May 24–27; Dec 20–23, 27–31.
2014: Jan 1–2; Mar 21–23; Mar 28–Apr 1.
Airfare will expire one year from the date of purchase. Any airport departure taxes, fees or fuel surcharges (if charged) are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Must be booked a minimum of 60 days in advance. Reservations are subject to availability. Certificates cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. All purchases are non-refundable. Packages cannot be resold. Suggested retail value is calculated using tariff air rates and rack room rates. Ground transportation is not included.
