$5,000 of credit to book air travel anywhere in the world, in your choice of cabin class on United Airlines, the Official Airline of the NJSO! Book a first-class vacation for two, or take your family on an adventure—it's up to you.
Use this credit like a debit account—you can select any destination(s), travel date(s), class, number of seats and flight itinerary valued up to $5,000 (including fares, taxes and fees). You may choose your itinerary on www.united.com, notify your NJSO contact of your selection, and we will book the flight(s) for you.
• Flight itinerary is selected by the winning bidder.
• NO blackout dates apply.
• Flights will be booked by the NJSO under the travelers' names.
• Credit may be used for one or more flights.
• All flights must be reserved by December 20, 2013.
• Travel may occur anytime beginning May 1, 2013 and continue into 2014 provided the flights are booked on www.united.com as of December 20, 2013.
• Any balance that remains on December 20, 2013 in your account will be forfeited.
• If the cost of the flight reservations (including base fares, taxes, fees and surcharges) exceeds $5,000, the winning bidder will be responsible for paying the balance of the cost.
RESTRICTIONS:
• No cash given in lieu of travel credit.
• Credit is only valid for the initial purchase of United passenger air travel tickets, including the ticket base fare, taxes, fees, and surcharges. Booking fees, change fees or other charges may only be paid with your credit card.
• Only flights operated by United Airlines and United Express® are eligible. Flights (or portions thereof) operated by code share, interline or any other airline are not eligible.
• Flights cannot be booked in conjunction with other forms of rewards redemption. For example, winner cannot use MileagePlus miles to upgrade or pay for overage of a ticket if it the value exceeds $5,000.
• Flight reservations are non-transferable.
• Reservations are subject to fare rules and restrictions.
• In the case of a cancelled ticket, any refund permitted by the fare rules of the ticket will be refunded back to the credit account as quickly as possible. If the purchased ticket is non-refundable, no funds will be credited back to the account upon cancellation of the ticket.
• In the event of a flight irregularity, alternate travel will be provided only on flights operated by United.
• MileagePlus miles cannot be earned with this travel.
