Chef Rose is a graduate of the New York Restaurant School and trained in top kitchens throughout NJ, including North Maple Inn (Basking Ridge); Restaurant Passionné (Montclair); and, most recently, 3-Forty Grill and Bin 14 (Hoboken). He has cooked at the prestigious James Beard House on multiple occasions.
