Our long-loved youth program focuses on building the strength, skills and confidence that your child needs to get the most out of every day. From 3-year-olds developing motor skills to 12 year-olds preparing for sports, Everyday Athlete keeps classes challenging, engaging and fun. As parents and fitness professionals, we understand the physical, emotional and mental stages of your child’s development. All classes are designed to build and refine age-appropriate skills such as: Social Skills, Creativity, Confidence, Agility, Balance, Coordination, Focus, Quickness, Speed, Strength and Determination
Kids Ages 9 months to 3+ years
Tumbling Classes incorporate functional play with basic gymnastics.
Kids Ages 4-12
blends climbing, athletic fitness, tumbling, acrobatics, functional play, and more into a fun and dynamic class.
Make-ups: Two classes. Scheduled in advance. - Class Sizes:Instructor Student Ratio = 4 to 1
