Six months ago, after many years of discomfort and medical procedures on our daughter's part, we began a gluten free diet for our six year old. We have consulted with many specialists at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and New York Presbyterian Hospital.  After a lot of doctors, research, experimenting and a great nutritionist, we have a good idea of how to best do a gluten free diet that fits our family. And, we have seen improvement in many ways.
