Cold Spring, NY / Fahnestock State Park

Spend a weekend in a lakeside house 15 minutes outside of Cold Spring, NY, 2 hours door-to-door from Brooklyn (address - Trout Brook Road, Cold Spring, NY).  3 bedroom (sleeps up to 5 people), 2 bath house with screened outdoor porch and separate deck.  Shares a private lake with 11 other homes: swimming, beach, kayaking & canoeing, fishing, tennis, basketball, slackwire, and swinging in hammocks on the property; hiking the Fahnestock wilderness trails about 100 yards from the front door.  For the indoor types, house comes with wifi, DVD player, Wii Rock Band, and foosball.
