BYOs are perfect for individuals (ages 5+), families, team building activities, or tour groups of up to 30 people. Each BYO is unique but we do work within specified parameters to keep costs down.
Bowls are 5″x6″; Vases are 9″x5″; Your piece will be ready for pick-up 3 days after your appointment or can be shipped at your cost. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
We can accommodate some special requests during BYOs, including decanters, small platters, and simple variations off our standard offerings; expect to pay $20-$80 extra. We do not make goblets, light fixtures, sinks, or large (over 8” diameter) projects during these appointments. Our staff is happy to make custom projects outside of class time; please call for a quote.

Founded in 2001, SGS has the unique position of being the premier public access glass arts educational facility in the southwest. Programming includes classes in: furnace glassblowing, lampworking, glass fusing, stained glass, mosaics, casting, and coldworking. SGS features a small team of gifted faculty instructors, as well as Specialty Workshops taught by a variety of world renowned visiting artists.
