Special Instructions
The winner can enjoy the property for 7 days/6 nights between June 2013 and August 2014. Excluded weeks include Thanksgiving, and Christmas through New Years. Specific dates will be determined between the owner and winning bidder after the auction closes.
This is a family owned condo and should be viewed as a very special option above 'vacation rentals'. The decor and facilities are those of a single family and are being shared to benefit the American Boychoir.
It is also anticipated that the winning bidder will utilize the facility in a mature and orderly way. It's not a party location, it's a family vacation home being shared for special purposes with the winning bidders of this Boychoir auction.
